Born in 1973 in Delhi, Anil has completed both his B.F.A. and M.F.A. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in 2000 and 2002 respectively. He has taken part in several exhibitions in Delhi and Gurgaon and participated in various art camps and workshops. He lives and works in Delhi.
